girl Guiding at St Johns (144th Liverpool)

We have thriving girl guiding groups for girls of all ages.

We meet on Monday nights during term time in the Church Hall (times below)

Rainbows are girls aged 5 to 7 years old - and we are the youngest members. Want to know more

(6:15 pm until 7:15 pm)

Brownies are girls aged 7 to 10 years old.

(6:15 pm until 7:30 pm)

Guides are girls aged 10 to 14 years old.

(7:30 pm until 9:00 pm)

Rangers are girls aged 14 - 26 years old - although St John's unit is mainly 14 to 19 years old.

(7:30 pm until 9:00 pm)

All our units run fun and varied programmes, covering the essential elements of Girlguiding UK.

We play games, make things, go on days out, enjoy residential events both indoors and outdoors (including camping) and all our units are popular and well supported.

We try to develop awareness of our local and global communities and with our older girls we also help them to meet the challenges they will meet in their adult lives.

We have had strong links with St John's church since our first meetings in 1927 and we encourage our girls and their families to attend our Parade and Family services once a month if they are able to.

If you are interested in joining us, please speak to Jane Owen or Gill Southern in church or visit the Girlguiding website here and follow the instructions for registering your daughter.

You will need to choose our unit which is the 144th Liverpool (Rainbows / Brownies /  Guides / Rangers).

We would love your daughter to join us!
