If you have a general query regarding using or booking the hall, please use the button below - please allow up to 7 days for us to respond to your query, or telephone our volunteer on 07726 763172.
Please note:
We have a strict policy of no Indoor Bouncy Castles.
We do not have a bin collection service so please ensure all rubbish is taken away with you.
We do not have an alcohol licence (No sales of alcohol.). Please check Hall conditions if you are in doubt.
First please check our calendar to see if the Hall is available.
Next click the Hall Query button above making sure to leave all your details and the date and time of your booking.
Remember to include any setup and set down time too.
Please don’t ring the vicarage.
You will be dealing with a volunteer not a paid member of staff and therefore it would be really helpful if you could be patient with us.
Bookings
The hall can be booked for regular meetings, one-off events and parties. Our usual fee is £30 per hour plus a £100 refundable deposit for damages. For more details please see our Booking Form here or read about our Hall Facilities here.
Once you have completed Made An Enquiry, and someone has replied, you can then email over your completed booking form.
